Job Title: Relationship Manager (Field Work) Location: Multiple Locations [Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Delhi, Bhopal, Indore, Nagpur] Experience: Minimum 2+ years About Even Healthcare: Even Healthcare is transforming the healthcare industry by providing comprehensive and affordable healthcare solutions. Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Relation Manager to strengthen and manage relationships with clinics and healthcare providers that are part of our network. This role is field-based and involves working closely with onboarded clinics, generating leads, and driving indirect revenue for the organization. Candidates with a two-wheeler and experience in insurance or health insurance will be preferred. Key Responsibilities: Built and maintained strong relationships with clients Identify potential clinics and healthcare providers to expand the network. Generate leads and facilitate indirect revenue generation through strategic partnerships. Act as a bridge between Even Healthcare and clients to ensure smooth operations. Guide clients on optimizing engagement with Even Healthcare services. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to improve relationships and revenue generation. Conduct field visits regularly to enhance partnerships and resolve any operational challenges. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities. Requirements: Minimum 2+ years of experience in relationship management, business development, or sales, preferably in the healthcare, insurance, or health-tech industry. Strong understanding of healthcare providers, clinics, and insurance services. Proven ability to generate leads and drive revenue growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. Mandatory: Must own a two-wheeler for field visits.
