Job Description

Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with partners and banks. Work closely with bank employees to establish a continuous smooth flow of accounts which beneficial both the parties. Drive business development efforts specifically for all kinds of loans, creating strategies to expand market presence and meet organization goals. Coordinate with the Operations Team to ensuring smooth customer onboarding and satisfaction, addressing any customer queries or issues promptly. Facilitate the loan disbursement process by aligning with internal TEAMS and ensuring accurate and timely processing of leads. Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance, identifying areas of improvement and potential growth opportunities. Stay updated on industry trends, banking products, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
