Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Valsad. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing them with expert advice on property, loan, and documentation queries. Daily tasks include managing client portfolios, conducting client meetings, addressing service inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and facilitating the loan application process. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of loan documents. Qualifications Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills Knowledge of housing finance products and loan documentation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and advisory capabilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the finance or real estate sector is a plus Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred Show more Show less
