Job Title : Relationship Manager Location : Pune, Mumbai, Ahmedabad Role & Responsibilities : As a Relationship Manager in the Investment Solutions team, your primary responsibilities will include: Client Acquisition : Actively acquire new clients (7-8 per month) through targeted outreach, networking, and leveraging market opportunities. Cross-Selling Investment Solutions : Promote and sell a range of third-party financial products, including SIPs, mutual funds, insurance, and more, to both new and existing clients. Revenue Growth : Drive revenue through effective cross-selling and up-selling investment solutions, ensuring optimal portfolio management for each client. SIP Targets : Meet monthly targets of 5 SIPs, with each SIP contributing Rs. 2000 or more. Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients to ensure retention, satisfaction, and referral business. Preferred Candidate Profile : Minimum 6 months of experience in selling financial products such as CASA, Insurance, Demat, SIPs, or Mutual Funds. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and provide them with personalized financial solutions. Basic knowledge of the financial market, broking operations, and investment products. Prior experience in broking or related financial services is highly desirable.
