Job Brief : The Relationship Manager – F&O is responsible for managing and strengthening client relationships within the Finance and Operations domain. The role involves ensuring smooth execution of financial transactions, optimizing operational processes, and providing clients with strategic advice aligned with their financial goals and business operations. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing proactive service and resolving queries efficiently. Build deep relationships with key stakeholders to understand business needs and offer tailored solutions. Financial Operations Oversight : Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of financial transactions, reconciliations, and reporting. Monitor operational workflows and escalate potential issues to ensure SLA compliance. Having Good Experience in the transfer of share. Advisory & Strategy : Analyse financial data and operational metrics to provide actionable insights to clients. Support clients in optimizing their cost structures, budgeting, and process improvements. Compliance & Risk Management : Ensure all operations adhere to regulatory standards and internal policies. Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks related to client accounts. Collaboration & Reporting : Work closely with the finance, operations, IT, and compliance departments to deliver seamless service. Prepare and present periodic reports on client activity, satisfaction, and performance. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. NISM Certification is preferred. Experience: 5–10 years of experience in relationship management, financial services, or operations. Strong knowledge of financial products, transaction operations, and business processes.
