Responsibility : Drive individual and team sales targets through direct selling techniques. Identify potential customers and provide financial planning solutions. Organize lead generation activities like sales campaigns, customer meets, and networking events. Ensure high customer satisfaction and policy persistency. Drive sales by engaging with walk-in customers and existing clients. Conduct joint fieldwork with employees to enhance business productivity. Generate business through cold calling using company-provided leads. Candidate Profile : Min 1- 4 Year of Sales Experience in BFSI Industry Should be Local Candidate Aware about insurance Product.
