Job Description

Minimum 1 year experience in field sales (Mandatory). Industry background: Banking, Finance, or Insurance. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to work in a field-based role . Must own a two-wheeler for field visits. Ability to handle rejections and persist in sales effor Requirements Key Responsibilities: Engage in direct marketing activities to promote financial products and generate sales. Work with pre-provided leads and convert them into successful sales. Conduct field visits to meet prospective clients and explain product offerings. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals. Meet and exceed sales targets within the assigned timeline. Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies. Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM systems.
