Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition: Identify and proactively source high-value potential clients within the targeted Yes First segment through networking, referrals, and market outreach. Conduct detailed client needs analysis to understand their financial goals and tailor customized banking solutions. Present compelling value propositions to secure new Yes First accounts. Relationship Management: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with existing Yes First clients through regular engagement and proactive communication. Understand client needs and proactively address their concerns, ensuring a seamless banking experience. Actively cross-sell and upsell a wide range of Yes Bank products and services including cash management, trade finance, working capital loans, commercial cards, and investment solutions. Business Development: Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets by maximizing cross-selling opportunities within the Yes First client portfolio. Identify new business opportunities within existing client relationships and actively pursue them. Participate in business development initiatives and marketing campaigns targeted towards the Yes First segment. Compliance and Risk Management: Adhere to all KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance guidelines while managing client accounts. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping related to client interactions and transactions. Proactively identify and report any potential risks associated with client relationships.
