Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and understand their vehicle needs and preferences. Explain vehicle features, pricing, financing options, and warranties. Conduct test drives and demonstrate car features. Maintain knowledge of current inventory and promotions. Follow up with prospective clients and maintain a strong customer relationship base. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals. Process paperwork, financing, and registration procedures. Coordinate with service and delivery teams to ensure timely handover. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and new models. Requirements: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed. Goal-oriented with a customer-first approach. Familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage.
