JD - CTL ApplicationWe are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Technical Lead (CTL) with expertise in full-stack development, especially in Java, Angular, Microservices, and new/emerging technologies. This role will drive the full lifecycle of application developmentfrom architecture to deployment—while leveraging modern, scalable, and distributed systems. The ideal candidate will lead a high-performing engineering team to deliver secure and high-performance applications.Technology Strategy & InnovationDefine and execute the company’s technology roadmap, with a focus on full-stack development using Java, Angular, and Microservices.Stay abreast of emerging technologies and drive continuous innovation.Integrate new technologies to enhance application performance and scalability.Full-Stack Application DevelopmentOversee the design, architecture, and implementation of web applications, ensuring best practices in performance, scalability, and security.Lead the development of modern, distributed systems using Microservices architecture to ensure loosely coupled, flexible, and scalable services.Ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end componentsMicroservices & Cloud ExpertiseDesign and deploy Microservices with a focus on high availability, fault tolerance, and scalability.Manage cloud-native application development and deployment in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).Establish best practices for API management and service orchestration.Leadership & Team BuildingBuild, lead, and mentor a high-performing engineering team with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.Ensure adherence to coding standards, code reviews, and development best practices.Technology OperationsEstablish robust CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless, automated deployments and version control.Manage infrastructure and application environments to optimize cost, performance, and security.Collaboration & Stakeholder ManagementCollaborate with product managers, business leaders, and other C-suite executives to align technology strategy with business goals.Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.Role & responsibilities
