As a Renewals Specialist at Staff4Me, you will play a crucial role in managing and renewing customer contracts. Your main responsibility will be to ensure timely renewal of contracts and maintain a high renewal rate. You will work closely with the sales team, customer success team, and clients to negotiate contract terms, address any concerns, and maximize renewal opportunities. Responsibilities{{:} } Proactively reach out to customers whose contracts are expiring to initiate the renewal proces s Negotiate contract terms and pricing with customers, ensuring a win-win outcom e Coordinate with the sales team and customer success team to gather necessary information for renewal negotiation s Act as the main point of contact for clients during the renewal process, addressing any questions or concerns they may hav e Prepare and send renewal documents and contracts to clients for signatur e Monitor and track contract renewal timelines and ensure contracts are renewed in a timely manne r Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely invoicing of renewed contract s Identify and communicate upsell and cross-sell opportunities to the sales tea m Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of renewal activities and customer interactions in the CRM syste m Provide regular reports and updates on renewal rates and performance to the management tea m Requirement s With 3 years relevant work experienc e Prior experience in a renewals management role or similar positio n Strong negotiation and communication skill s Excellent customer service and relationship management abilitie s Ability to work independently with minimal supervisio n Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skill s Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office application s Ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environmen t Knowledge of contract management and renewal processe s Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferre d Show more Show less
