Role & responsibilities Optimize process parameters to improve manufacturing efficiency and product consistency, with a focus on enamel applications. Troubleshoot production issues, minimizing disruptions and ensuring seamless operations. Reduce product defects through preventive measures and targeted solutions. Enhance baking furnace performance for better processing results and energy efficiency. Contribute to the development of innovative products, particularly in enamel-based technologies. Facilitate the transfer of research and technology to production teams, ensuring smooth implementation. Lead quality improvement initiatives to align with internal standards and customer expectations. Analyze quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Maintain detailed records of experiments, trials, and optimizations, presenting findings to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research insights into operational processes effectively Preferred candidate profile B.Tech in Ceramic Technology with 5 years of Experience B.Tech in Ceramic + M.Tech in Ceramic/Materials Science/Metallurgy with 2 years of Experience Preference experience from MNCs Strong knowledge of ceramic processing Expertise in ceramic process optimization and defect reduction Troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills Quality management tools, Kaizen, TQM etc Experience in new product development and technology transfer Proficient in data analysis, documentation and reporting Effective collaboration and communication abilities Working experience in Enamel or Ceramic Industry is preferred
