Job Objective : We are looking for a data-driven and innovative Growth Marketer to join the PhonePe PG Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for the PhonePe Payment Gateway. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, run experiments, and scale successful initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Design and implement growth strategies that align with business objectives, focusing on user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth. Experimentation: Lead A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other experimentation methods to optimize conversion rates and user experience across all channels. Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, measure performance, and inform decision-making. Develop actionable insights from complex data sets to drive growth initiatives. Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic) to maximize ROI. SEO & Content Strategy: Collaborate with content and SEO teams to drive organic growth through on-page and o-page optimization, content marketing, and link-building strategies. Product-Led Growth: Work closely with product teams to identify and implement product changes that can drive growth, such as onboarding ows, referral programs, and feature enhancements. Customer Journey Optimization: Map and optimize the customer journey to increase engagement and conversion at every stage of the funnel. Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify and establish strategic partnerships that can drive user acquisition and brand awareness. Reporting: Track, measure, and report on the eectiveness of growth initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to the leadership team. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related eld; MBA is a plus. 5+ years of experience in a growth marketing role, preferably in a fast-paced tech or ntech environment. Proven track record of driving growth through innovative marketing strategies and tactics. Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics Prociency in performance marketing, SEO, and content marketing. Experience with A/B testing and other experimentation frameworks. Ability to think strategically while executing tactically. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Self-starter with a passion for growth and a data-driven mindset
