Job Description

Role & responsibilities Leadership and Team Management: o Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SOC analysts and engineers. o Oversee the daily operations of the SOC, ensuring effective monitoring, detection, and response to security incidents. o Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge. o Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. 2. SOC Operations Management: o Manage end-to-end SOC operations, including threat monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management. o Ensure the SOC operates 24/7, maintaining a high level of readiness and responsiveness. o Develop and enforce SOC policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with industry best practices. o Continuously evaluate and improve SOC processes and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 3. Client Management: o Oversee security operations for a portfolio of 15+ clients, ensuring their security needs are met. o Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and requirements. o Prepare and deliver regular reports to clients on security posture, incidents, and improvements. o Foster strong client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. www.valuepointsystems.com 4.
