Manage and grow the organization's social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies. Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts. Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to ensure the brand's relevance. Foster collaboration and communication with various teams to align social media efforts with marketing and branding goals. Develop and manage paid social media advertising campaigns to achieve specific objectives. Ensure brand consistency and adherence to social media guidelines. In-depth understanding of SEO & SEM. Stay current with digital marketing trends and technologies to explore new opportunities for the organization. Preferred candidate profile Masters degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience as a social media executive in a retail environment. Overall understanding of AI & Automation. In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices. Strong content creation and graphic design skills. Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Strong organizational and time management skills. A passion for staying updated with the latest digital trends and technologies.
