Your Job We are looking for a Requirements Management Engineer to join our team in Bangalore/India. You will be a part of our Requirements Engineering and support the Connected Mobility Solutions BU for Vehicle Antenna product segment in US, Germany and China. What You Will Do Importing general and specific customer requirements and product specifications into the requirements management tool POLARION Close coordination with departments about new general and specific requirements and corresponding versioning in POLARION Continuous development of requirements management in POLARION Assignment of individual requirements to the technical areas that evaluate the individual requirements in writing. Get KPIs from POLARION to keep track of the progress of the processing After the requirements document has been fully processed for the first time, create a first freeze Export the first requirements evaluation Evaluation in a customer-readable format and transmission of the data to the customer After the customer has reviewed and commented on the data, import and save the data in POLARION Inform the project teams Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Bachelor's degree in electronics, electrical engineering, software or mechanical engineering Technical understanding of electromechanical products in the automotive sector Excellent communication skills in English Strong team and social skills in dealing with colleagues and internal and external customers Experience in dealing with technical requirements is desirable Experience in working with a requirements management tool like DOORS, POLARION, Codebeamer, or other is a plus
