Our Client a Financial Service Provider needs - Post : Research & Project Execution Intern Location : Matheran (Field-based) Duration : 1-2 months (can extend) Stipend : 20k. As per industry standards Eligibility : Final-year students or recent graduates in Management, Finance, Rural Development or related fields Role Overview: Our Client is launching a new project in Matheran and are looking for an intern to assist in on-ground research, project execution, and stakeholder coordination . The role will involve interacting with local communities, gathering data, and supporting operational aspects of the project. Key Responsibilities: Conduct field research and collect data relevant to the project. Assist in stakeholder engagement, including local authorities, vendors, and communities. Support the execution of project activities as per defined timelines. Document findings, prepare reports, and analyze insights for decision-making. Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth project operations. Identify challenges and propose actionable solutions. Key Requirements: Strong research and analytical skills. Willingness to travel and work on the ground in Matheran. Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Prior experience in field research or project management is a plus.
