Role: Book Research and ideation assistant to Navya Naveli Nanda & Samyak Chakrabarty Type: Remote Engagement: 6 months starting June 2025 Timings: Flexible & outcome based Incentive: - Publishing credit - Opportunity to interview top thinkers, leaders & activists in domains such as skill development/education, green energy, healthcare, digital content etc. Stipend: INR 10,000 to INR 15,000 p.m About the book: As India embarks on a journey to become a developed nation by 2047, this book, 7 ideas for New India is in essence a movement to explore the social, systemic and technological innovations required to enable current and subsequent generations to ride the new wave that is churning. It co-creates these ideas with young citizens, academics/social scientists, influencers, tech-innovators, entrepreneurs / NGO leaders and government leaders while bringing them on a common platform. Each chapter explores a critical domain shaping India’s future, blending human stories, expert insights, and systemic solutions. It challenges outdated paradigms and imagines a fresh blueprint for an innovative, inclusive, and sustainable progress under each theme. It will be conveyed in a simple narrative that blends engaging storytelling, real conversations and hard facts to encourage young readers to take charge of their and our nation's future. Themes include education, CSR, climate change, health, digital content etc. Role 1. Collaborate with Authors to identify topics & narrative angles for each chapter 2. Prepare questions for experts in the context of the agreed angle of narrative 3. Conduct digital interviews with guest contributors 4. Compile interviews and provide structured analysis for authors to use as input in final text 5. Conduct chapter -wise focused group discussions with target audience to perform a dipstick & feedback 6. Provide improvement and enhancement advice to authors based on above exercise 7. Read final draft to ensure factual accuracy Who is the right fit? It is a not for profit career accelerator for women with barriers who want to achieve aspirational growth in the future of work. Our founding question is "Why can't a rickshaw driver's daughter also aspire to become a leader at Google?". We provide our learners access to higher order skills such as GenAI and 21st century workplace skills. Samyak Chakrabarty is a visionary entrepreneur building virtual simulations where humans enhance their cognitive abilities to thrive alongside Generative AI in the future of work. He is Recognized by Forbes as one of Asia’s most influential young entrepreneurs. Over the past 18 years, his work has transformed careers of over 100,000 youth across India. As the Founder of Workverse and Nimaya, he is leading a mission to empower 1 million graduates to build purposeful, future-ready careers by mastering the soft skills and mental models that machines can’t replicate.His track record of building movements at scale began early. At 16, he launched India’s first Model UN platform for tier 2 and 3 cities.
