CRF - Chest Research Foundation is looking for Research Assistant/Associate to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. Research Support : Assist in literature reviews, data collection, and preliminary analysis for research projects. Conduct experiments, surveys, or interviews as directed by senior researchers or project leads. Data Management and Analysis : Collect, organize, and manage research data using appropriate tools and software. Perform data analysis, interpretation, and generate reports or summaries of findings. Administrative Tasks : Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, organizing research materials, and maintaining documentation. Assist in preparing research proposals, manuscripts, presentations, and grant applications. Collaboration and Communication : Collaborate effectively with other team members, researchers, and external stakeholders involved in the projects. Communicate research progress, findings, and challenges during team meetings or presentations. Compliance and Ethics : Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements in research activities. Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity of research data and documentation. Qualifications and Skills : Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e. g. , Biology, Psychology, Economics, etc. ). Strong interest in research methodologies, data analysis, and academic inquiry. Proficiency in research methods, statistical analysis tools, and software (e. g. , SPSS, MATLAB, R, etc. ). Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Prior research experience, publications, or involvement in research projects is advantageous.
