Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Research Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data, strong analytical capabilities, and a keen interest in producing actionable insights through research. This role is open to freshers as well as candidates with experience. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth primary and secondary research across assigned topics or industries Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality control throughout the research process Stay updated with the latest tools, research methodologies, and domain knowledge Work cross-functionally with internal teams or clients to understand requirements and deliverables Maintain organized documentation and comply with research ethics and confidentiality standards Required Skills: Strong research and analytical thinking skills Decent communication skills (verbal and written) Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks Self-motivated and organized with a proactive mindset Team-oriented with the ability to work independently Eligibility: Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience can apply Graduate or Postgraduate degree in relevant fields such as: B.E, M.E, B.Tech, M.Tech (Specialization preferred ECE, EEE, E&I, Bio Tech) Strong academic record and interest in research-based roles If you are interested share your updated CV at hrd2@e-mergeglobal.com
