We're looking for someone who thrives on digging deep, mapping markets, and uncovering passive talent using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn Recruiter . What We’re Looking For Proven experience in talent sourcing or research within executive search or recruitment. Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and Sales Navigator (essential). Strong Boolean search and sourcing skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Highly organized, detail-driven, and self-motivated. Ability to work independently and manage deadlines across multiple projects. Responsibilities Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn Recruiter to build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines. Conduct market mapping, Boolean searches, and talent research across various sectors and geographies. Identify, engage, and qualify passive candidates for niche and senior-level roles. Create detailed candidate reports and talent insights for client delivery. Collaborate closely with recruiters and researchers to meet project milestones. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing multiple priorities effectively. A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in people, careers, and industry dynamics.
