Job Profile Execution of multiple step synthesis, Research and Development, Process optimisation,Scale up and co - ordination with pilot plant Role & responsibilities To systematically undertake process development activities,to interpret analytical data,identification of impurities based on acquired fundamental knowledge. 1.Design of experiments, 2.Record keeping, 3.Need based support to scale-up on new products, 4.Closely liaison with QC, 5.To follow up with purchase and stores, 6.Maintenance of lab 7.Adherence of safety system being practised in the lab.
