As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Reservation Executive to join our team and contribute to our continued success. Position Summary: The Reservation Executive (Male/Female) will be responsible for managing reservations and booking inquiries, handling customer communication, and converting potential leads into confirmed bookings . The role requires a proactive approach in engaging with travel agents, managing the reservation database, and collaborating with the marketing team to achieve sales targets . Key Responsibilities: · Handle reservation inquiries received through digital marketing campaigns and other channels. · Engage with travel agents and partners to secure bookings and promote the resort. · Convert leads into confirmed reservations by providing detailed information and timely follow-ups. · Maintain and update reservation records , ensuring accuracy and completeness. · Liaise with the marketing and operations teams to enhance the customer journey and booking process. · Monitor lead conversion performance and provide regular reports and insights. · Provide exceptional customer service and uphold the brand’s reputation in all interactions. Candidate Profile: Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management , Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience in reservations , front office, travel sales , or customer service in the hospitality industry. Key Competencies: · Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Excellent negotiation and persuasive selling abilities. · Proven follow-up and lead conversion skills. · Proficient in reservation systems, CRM tools, and MS Office. · Highly organized with attention to detail. · Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. Performance Goals: · Achieve and exceed monthly lead conversion and sales targets. · Enhance booking efficiency and guest satisfaction. · Strengthen relationships with travel partners and agents.
