Key Responsibilities Description of duties activities Percentage (%) Workforce Management Work with delivery managers to ensure effective project prioritization, shared resource allocation, and risk management. Assign shared resources to projects based on skills, availability, and business needs while optimizing workforce productivity. Identify resource conflicts and work with delivery managers to reallocate staff as needed to meet shifting project needs and priorities. Maintain an updated database of resource availability, skills, and capacity to ensure balanced workloads and prevent under/overutilization. 30% Resource Planning Allocation Work closely with delivery managers to align resource allocation with project timelines and priorities. Analyze resource demand, project pipeline, and capacity trends to plan resource availability. Provide forecasts and insights to leadership. 25% Process adherence and reporting Ensure process adherence and usage of appropriate project/resource management tools to track allocation, performance and generate reports. Ensure timely reporting to all the stakeholders. 20% Recruitment support Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to identify resource gaps and support workforce planning initiatives. 15% Continuous improvement Participate in organization initiatives to observe and suggest process improvements, new tools, trends and methodologies to enhance efficiency, adaptability and effectiveness in resource management. 10% Our Commitment to Our People Across the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
