Position: Restaurant Captain Location: Drunken Monkey , Noida sector 74 Employment Type: Full-Time, 7 days a week. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Restaurant Captain to join our team and lead our staff in delivering top-notch service. Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers, ensuring their needs are met with prompt and friendly service. Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the cafe staff, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Order Management: Take and process customer orders accurately, and manage order distribution to the kitchen and serving areas. Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages meet our quality standards and are presented attractively. Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the cafe, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms. Punctuality: Ensure staff members adhere to schedules and maintain punctuality. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment. Customer Feedback: Address customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner, aiming to resolve issues promptly and satisfactorily. Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe environment for both staff and customers. Requirements: Pass degree 12th. Proven experience in a customer-facing role within the hospitality or restaurant industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic. Benefits: Competitive salary.
