Job Title: Restaurant Captain Location: Juhu Department: Food & Beverage / Restaurant Operations Reports To: Restaurant Manager / F&B Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Job Timings: 4Pm- 1AM Location: Juhu CTC Range: 20K - 25K (In Hand) Candidates only living in Mumbai will be called for an interview Job Summary: The Restaurant Captain is responsible for ensuring smooth dining operations by supervising the service team, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires leadership, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills to manage the floor effectively and enhance the guest experience. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure all staff adhere to service standards. Greet and welcome guests, ensure seating arrangements, and assist in managing reservations and walk-ins. Coordinate between kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery. Train, guide, and motivate service staff to deliver exceptional service. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Monitor dining areas for cleanliness, ambiance, and readiness. Qualifications and Skills: Minimum of 0–2 years of experience in a similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
