Key Responsibilities: Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure a smooth and efficient service. Ensure customer satisfaction by monitoring dining experience and resolving any issues that arise. Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure stock levels are sufficient to meet customer demand. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant in line with health and safety regulations. Staff Management: Hire, train, and manage staff including servers, kitchen staff, and other restaurant personnel. Monitor employee performance, providing feedback and conducting performance reviews. Ensure employees are following company policies, safety protocols, and providing excellent customer service. Customer Service: Handle customer complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally. Financial Management: Control operating costs and minimize waste to meet budgetary goals. Monitor revenue and expenses, ensuring the restaurant meets its financial targets.
