Our Pan-Indian restaurant will bring together comforting, authentic flavors from every corner of the country. If food is your craft and passion, this is your opportunity to shine. We are inviting applications for the following positions: ⸻ 1. Head Chef – Indian Cuisine • A visionary leader with a deep-rooted understanding of regional Indian cuisines. • Proven experience in managing diverse kitchen teams and curating innovative yet traditional menus. • Must bring energy, discipline, and a commitment to culinary excellence. ⸻ 2. CDP / DCDP / Commis 1, 2, 3 – Tandoor & Sigri Specialist • Expertise in traditional clay and iron tandoors, as well as sigri cooking. • Skilled in Awadhi breads (sheermal, taftan, kulcha), kebabs, and a variety of tandoori breads. • Strong background in Lucknowi, Punjabi, Delhi-style, and South Indian grilled cuisine preferred. ⸻ 3. CDP / DCDP / Commis 1, 2, 3 – Indian Curry & Chinese Section • Proficient in preparing a wide spectrum of Indian curries from North India, South India, Maharashtra, Kolkata, Goa, and more. • Indian-Chinese specialists from Kolkata are preferred for the Chinese section. ⸻ 4. CDP / DCDP – Halwai / Indian Sweets & Chaat Specialist • Skilled in crafting traditional mithais, festival sweets, and authentic regional chaats. • Experience in both production kitchens and live counters is an added advantage. ⸻ 5. CDP / DCDP / Commis – South Indian Cuisine • Hands-on expertise in comfort dishes like idli, dosa, appam, idiyappam, parotta, rasam, avial, and more. • Experience in regional South Indian cooking highly preferred. ⸻ 6.
