We Have Opening for Retail Food Store Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store,ensuring excellent customer service,managing staff,and driving profitability. This role requires Strong Leadership,organizational and fiinancial management skills to ensure the store operates efficiently and meets sales targets. Recruitment , Training, Evaluation of staff shall be done on daily basis. Monitoring Inventory Levels, Stock Control and Pricing Policies. Perparation of Budegts,Ananlysing of financial Reports and Ensures Cost efficeincy. Mainatain compliance with health,safety, and legal Regulations. Handling and Maintaining Healthy Relations with customers. Qualification IHM,MBA Must Have Experience in Operations of Food Outlets
