Location: T Nagar, Chennai Company: Zebro Officemate Pvt. Ltd. Industry: Office Modular Workstations / Home Interiors / Furniture / Modular Kitchen Working Hours: 10:30 AM 7:30 PM (Monday to Saturday) Salary: Negotiable No. of Positions: 1 Key Responsibilities: Manage overall showroom operations effectively Attend to walk-in customers and ensure order conversion Coordinate and track orders for timely delivery Maintain and update customer database and delivery/invoice records Prepare and submit monthly reports on Customer visits, Sales conversion & follow-up analysis of enquiries Candidate Profile: Education: Minimum Undergraduate or equivalent Experience: Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in retail sale Industry : Home Interiors/ Home or Office Furniture/ Modular Kitchen/ Office Modular Workstations Experience in coordination with interior designers or architects is an added advantage Candidates residing in Chennai are preferred Ability to speak Hindi is an added qualification Mandatory Skill Requirements: Proven experience or understanding of sales processes Excellent negotiation and customer relationship management skills Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Strong analytical skills for preparing reports and performance reviews Excellent communication and reporting skills
