Retail Sales Manager - F&B Location: Bihar, India Industry: F&B Experience: Minimum 5 years in retail sales management within the F&B industry in Bihar. Requirement: Candidate must be originally from Bihar and possess a strong understanding of the local market dynamics. Key Responsibilities : Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets across retail channels in Bihar. Manage and mentor a team of sales personnel within the region. Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and other dealers in Bihar. Analyze sales data and market trends specific to Bihar to identify opportunities and challenges.
