Job Description

Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures. Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service. Monitor sales performance and work toward achieving monthly and yearly targets. Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure stock levels are adequate. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues efficiently. Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and ordering. Prepare sales and performance reports for management review. Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and hygiene standards.
