Overview The Retail Store Manager for Lab Grown Jewellery plays a pivotal role in driving the overall success of the store by leading and motivating staff while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field. At least 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in jewellery or related sectors. Strong background in sales and customer service. Proficient in inventory management and merchandising strategies. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and retail software. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proven problem-solving abilities in a retail environment.
