As the store manager, you will be responsible for motivating the sales team to fulfill sales goals, developing business strategies, and upholding the operational and organizational standards of the store. Additionally, Other administrative tasks as needed, such as monitoring inventory levels. The right candidate will be an excellent communicator and demonstrate impeccable leadership skills. Job Responsibilities Own store success and take ownership for store employees’ work-related needs, store leadership, staffing and scheduling, marketing, loss prevention and all other store functions. Maintain a neat clean organized store environment at all times. Lead by example, staying up to date on the latest products, services, training, and leadership best practices to remain an expert resource to your team. Generate reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators to assess store performance and make informed decisions.
