Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming civil materials. Maintain accurate records of stock, receipts, and issues using manual and digital systems. Monitor and maintain minimum stock levels of critical materials (cement, steel, sand, bricks, etc.). Issue materials to site teams as per approved requisitions. Coordinate with procurement and project teams for material requirements and stock replenishment. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and stacking of materials to prevent damage or loss. Maintain cleanliness and safety of the store area. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports. Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification. Handle return of excess or defective material to suppliers or warehouse. Follow company policies and procedures for inventory control.
