About the Role Ultrahuman is seeking passionate and articulate Retail Promoters to join our expanding team across India. As a Retail Promoter, you will be the face of Ultrahuman in its exclusive Experience Centre, driving product awareness and sales while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities * Engage with retail customers to understand their fitness and wellness needs * Conduct compelling product demonstrations of Ultrahuman's health tech devices * Educate customers about Ultrahuman's ecosystem and product benefits * Convert customer interest into sales and achieve monthly targets * Maintain product displays and ensure proper merchandising * Report market feedback and competitor activities to the team * Participate in retail promotions and special events * Knowledge of Microsoft Excel & PPT Qualifications or requirements * Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification * Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi * Customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanour * Basic understanding of technology and genuine interest in health & wellness * Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not mandatory * Ability to stand for extended periods and work retail hours * Candidates with interest in sports & fitness will be given advantage What We Offer * Competitive base salary plus Best performance-based incentives * Comprehensive product training * Career growth opportunities in a fast-growing health tech company * Employee discounts on Ultrahuman products * Exposure to cutting-edge wellness technology
