Retail Store Supervisor Location: Makkah Hypermarket, Saudi Arabia Job Type: Full-time Reports To: Store Manager Job Summary: Makkah Hypermarket is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, ensure excellent customer service, and lead a team to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining store standards, managing inventory, and ensuring operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Team Supervision: Manage and coordinate store employees, including cashiers, sales associates, and stock staff. Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints professionally. Sales & Performance: Implement strategies to boost sales, meet store targets, and enhance customer shopping experience. Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, prevent shortages, and coordinate with suppliers for restocking. Store Operations: Ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health and safety regulations. Cash Management: Oversee cash handling, POS operations, and daily financial transactions. Training & Development: Conduct training sessions, mentor staff, and evaluate employee performance. Loss Prevention: Enforce security measures to minimize theft and fraud. Qualifications & Requirements: High school diploma or higher education in business, retail management, or a related field. Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in the retail industry. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work flexible shifts , including weekends and holidays. Proficiency in retail management software and POS systems .
