Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Revit CAD Technician with expertise in Revit Architecture to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge in architectural design, drafting, and 3D modeling using Revit and AutoCAD . You will be responsible for producing detailed architectural drawings, collaborating with architects and engineers, and ensuring project deliverables meet industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using Revit Architecture and AutoCAD . Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to create accurate and high-quality designs. Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, client requirements, and local building regulations. Assist in preparing construction documents, technical details, and presentation drawings. Coordinate with various project stakeholders to integrate design changes and updates. Maintain project documentation and drawing archives efficiently. Troubleshoot design and technical issues within Revit to enhance workflow and efficiency. Participate in design reviews and provide technical insights to improve project outcomes. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field . Proven experience working as a Revit CAD Technician with a focus on architectural projects. Proficiency in Revit Architecture, AutoCAD, and other relevant design software . Strong understanding of architectural drafting principles, detailing, and BIM processes . Ability to interpret and create technical drawings with accuracy. Knowledge of building codes, construction techniques, and industry best practices . Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory): Experience with Navisworks, SketchUp, or Lumion . Understanding of MEP and Structural Coordination in a BIM environment.
