Overview: As a Risk Associate/ Customer Support at Head Digital Works, the candidate's primary responsibility will be to analyze user profiles and assess the potential risks related to gaming behavior. Will use admin data and risk modeling tools to identify users who may be at risk of problem gaming, with the goal of educating and promoting responsible gaming practices. Directly interact with users, guiding them on how to play responsibly and providing support to those who may need help. Key Skills & Qualifications: (Any graduate) Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, Tamil or Hindi is essential, as the role involves direct communication with users in both languages. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages are required. Soft Skills: Excellent listening skills and the ability to convey complex information in a clear, respectful, and assertive manner. Ability to approach users in sensitive situations with empathy while maintaining professional boundaries and authority. Comfort in speaking assertively while maintaining a non-judgmental and supportive tone.
