Department: Risk Management Responsible Gaming Location: Hyderabad Role Overview: As a Risk Executive The primary responsibility in the Responsible Gaming role is to analyze user profiles containing key data points and alerts. This requires logical thinking and a smart analytical mindset to assess potential risks related to gaming behaviour. The role involves using internal tools and risk models to identify users who may be at risk of problematic gaming. The objective is to promote responsible play through direct user interactions offering guidance, support, and education to help users maintain healthy gaming habits. Key Skills & Qualifications: Education: Any Graduate Open to freshers ; candidates with up to max- 2 years of experience will also be considered. Language Proficiency: Fluency in Tamil or Hindi is essential, as the role requires regular communication with users in these languages. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and the specified regional language(s) are required. Soft Skills: Excellent listening skills and the ability to communicate complex information in a clear, respectful, and assertive manner. Empathetic approach when engaging with users in sensitive situations, while maintaining professionalism and appropriate boundaries.
