Role & responsibilities Coordinate between corporate office and branches, address and resolve audit queries, Ensure timely closure of irregularities, recruitment of branch staff , identify new premises, negotiate with landlords, pursue both criminal and civil suits, timely interest collection of branches and recovery of dues, minimizing NPA status. ensure prompt and efficient customer service by the branches, prompt reporting of frauds any untoward incidents to reporting officer and Corporate office.
