Assessment, re-assessment of patients Informing change in health condition of the patient to consultants Follow instructions given by consultants Making entries in medical records Participate in various healthcare-related safety and infection control programs Preparation of discharge summary Counselling of patients and relatives as and when necessary Implementation of NABH policies and procedures Participation in mock drills. Implementation of Policies and Procedures of the hospital Handling and examining OPD-based patients & directing them to proper consultant. Coordinating with Hospital Consultants for various further treatments as & when required. Co-ordinating with billing department for IPD & OPD based patients, Able to prepare computerized discharge summary Compulsory rotational duty (no fix duty) Job Type: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Experience: 2 years and above Salary: As per standards Qualification: BAMS/BHMS, MBBS
