RMSI - Quality Manager (Navigation)

Job Description

Must have 12+ years experience in Quality domain Certified in Six Sigma black belt Knowledge of quality tools/ structures / Process Mapping / SOP creation etc. Working experience using QC tools such as Pareto analysis, Fish bone analysis, Control charts etc. Performing RCAs followed with C&P actions Has understanding of Lean methodologies and has implementation expertise Good working knowledge of Transaction Quality systems, tools and technologies. Ability to provide leadership, direction and motivation to build high performing teams. Analytical and Quantitative skills Possess good analytical and People Management skills Excellent Communication and presentation skills Ability to drive initiatives to closure. Ability to deal with all levels of employees Data Handling / data interpretation skills Highlevel of maturity to handle people including but not limited to client, stakeholders, peers etc. Process Oriented, Planning, Decision making, Data Handling, Ability to prioritize, Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure Detail oriented, Strong organizational and Presentation skills Fair to advanced knowledge on MS-office tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint Subject matter knowledge in navigation is preferred
