Role & responsibilities Set up and operate robotic welding machines according to specifications. Load and unload workpieces into the robotic welding system. Monitor and inspect welds to ensure quality and adherence to blueprints or engineering drawings. Adjust machine settings to optimize weld quality and efficiency. Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on robotic welding equipment. Identify and troubleshoot welding defects and take corrective actions. Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company policies. Maintain production records and document work completed. Collaborate with engineers and production teams to improve welding processes. Handle raw materials, tools, and consumables efficiently. Preferred candidate profile High school diploma or ITI (technical certification preferred). Minimum 1 year- 3 years of experience in robotic welding operations in a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with robotic welding systems (e.g., Fanuc, ABB, Motoman, Panasonic, etc.). Understanding of welding techniques, materials, and blueprints. Ability to use measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods. Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment with shift flexibility. Perks and benefits
