Role Description Shaping Ideas is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Junior Robotics Trainer to join our team in Siliguri. This is a full-time, on-site position for someone who is enthusiastic about empowering young minds and advancing practical learning in robotics and automation. As a Robotics Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting engaging and hands-on training sessions focused on Arduino programming, sensor integration, motor drivers, and other essential robotic components. Your role will also include maintaining training equipment, providing troubleshooting support, and ensuring that the curriculum stays aligned with current industry standards and technological trends. Key Responsibilities ✅ Deliver structured robotics training sessions to students and educators. ✅ Should have a good knowledge in core concepts of Arduino programming, sensors, motor drivers, and various other robotic components. ✅ Prepare lesson plans, workshop materials, and demonstrations. ✅ Conduct hands-on sessions with robotic kits and tools. ✅ Perform regular troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on robotics training equipment. ✅ Continuously improve training methods to align with evolving technology and industry needs. ✅ Collaborate with the curriculum development team to design effective learning modules. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics, Computer Science, Education or a related field Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong organizational and time management skills Familiarity with at least one of the coding languages and programming software such as C,C++,Python, Java.
