Hard Inspection like SQF, DHF samples inspection report Making as per Quality Plan. Daily Sample inspection and report Making .Sample storege and retaintion as per plan. Tooling Hardness inspection/Grade Confirmation on site . ECT samples inspection in all units for Grade Mix Up .Timken parts etc Forging Crack Sample inspection ,Data Gathering etc. Sample dispatched to Customer as per requirement During Dispatch ,GP 12 hardness Inspection of Allision Parts . Supporting Lab Departmental work in case of Absentism.

Ensure QA related documentation is audit / inspection ready at all times. ->Participate in self inspection and regularly adopt GEMBA techniques engaging with personnel to understand challenges and identify areas where change is necessary. ->Apply problem solving skills to a wide range of issues and act in a QA advisory ->Co-ordinate / attend teleconferences / meetings / customer visits, as required, representing the Quality department.
