Job Description: Key Account Manager (IT, BFSI, Manufacturing Industry)Location: Noida, Sector 58 Salary Range: 40,000 - 60,000 per month Working Days: 6 days a week Shift Timings: 10:00 AM 7:00 PMPosition Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring and managing key accounts from the IT, BFSI, and Manufacturing industries. The Key Account Manager will handle a team and ensure the successful onboarding of at least 5 clients from these preferred industries. Additionally, the role involves recruitment when necessary to support the team’s growth.Key Responsibilities:Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and acquire a minimum of 5 key clients within the IT, BFSI, and Manufacturing sectors. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and business retention. Account Management: Own the entire lifecycle of client accounts, including onboarding, management, and resolving any issues. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and service excellence to clients. Team Handling: Manage a team of account managers and support staff to ensure the effective delivery of services to clients. Provide mentorship, performance tracking, and guidance to team members to ensure team goals are met. Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process to ensure the right talent is brought into the team when necessary. This includes job posting, interviews, and onboarding. Sales & Business Development: Drive the sales strategy for key accounts, ensuring continuous growth and profitability. Proactively identify new business opportunities within existing accounts. Reporting & Analysis: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales performance, and revenue generation. Prepare and present reports to senior management on account status, challenges, and opportunities for growth. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure the seamless execution of client projects. Act as the primary point of contact for client escalations and queries. Qualifications:Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Business Development in the IT, BFSI, or Manufacturing industry. Proven track record of acquiring and managing key accounts. Strong leadership and team management skills with a demonstrated ability to mentor and guide team members. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in recruitment processes (preferably in the IT, BFSI, or Manufacturing domains). Strong problem-solving abilities and client-focused approach. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred). Preferred Skills:Experience in handling clients in the IT, BFSI, or Manufacturing industry.
