About the Role: Position: Freelance/Contract-based Location: in-office collaboration in Chennai, Coimbatore, Pune, or Hyderabad Project Type: Varies depending on client needs Project Timeline: Flexible, with projects starting as per requirements Availability: As projects come in What Were Looking For: Skills & Expertise: Good knowledge and hands-on experience with the software as required for the role Ability to manage deadlines and communicate effectively Prior experience working with freelancers or on contract-based projects is a plus Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or in a team environment Proficiency in relevant tools, software, or platforms specific to your project Why Work With Us: Exciting and diverse projects Competitive rates based on experience and project scope Opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals POSITION RESPONSIBILITY * Familiarity with both software in Rotoscopy (Silhouette & Nuke) * Creative skills include the ability to think creatively to finish the task, task planning, and innovative approach. * Technical skills include software skills, tools, scripts, optimized working. * Good in all roto techniques, manual, motion-blur, defocus, hair, and fur detail, 2d and 3d Tracking knowledge. * Edge-paint, VR, native stereo, keying. * Knowledge of prep would be an added advantage. * Attitude includes responses to feedback from leads, proactiveness, being a team player, and helping others. * Communication includes oral and written communication, to the lead, production, understanding notes. * Experience working on VFX Roto for international projects. * Ability to rise up with training given at the studio to do complex and challenging projects on an ongoing basis. * Good observation skills with a keen eye for top-notch Quality checks
