Role Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.Analyze existing business processes and define optimization requirements.Gather, document, and validate business requirements.Create detailed process maps and documentation for automation initiatives.Assist in the design and implementation of RPA solutions.Facilitate workshops to gather insights and feedback from business users.Develop use cases and user stories for RPA projects.Work closely with RPA developers to ensure understanding of requirements.Perform impact assessments for process changes.Support testing efforts and ensure quality assurance of RPA solutions.Monitor and measure the performance of RPA processes.Provide training and support to end-users post-implementation.Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and changes.Stay updated on RPA technologies and industry best practices.Interact with various teams to ensure successful deployment of automation solutions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on RPA.Strong understanding of RPA tools and technologies.Proven experience in business process analysis and improvement.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient in creating process documents and technical specifications.Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.Familiarity with software development life cycle.Detail-oriented with a focus on achieving high-quality results.Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.Relevant certifications in RPA or business analysis are a plus.
