Role Responsibilities Provide technical support for RPA applications and processes.Assist in the deployment and configuration of RPA solutions.Monitor RPA processes and troubleshoot any issues that arise.Document process workflows and support configuration changes as required.Collaborate with business analysts to identify opportunities for process automation.Conduct training sessions for end-users on RPA tools.Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of RPA services.Support incident management and resolution processes for RPA-related issues.Perform root cause analysis to identify underlying problems and recommend solutions.Maintain RPA documentation and logs for compliance and auditing purposes.Participate in change management processes to assess RPA impact on current operations.Assist in health checks and performance tuning of RPA solutions.Ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards throughout RPA initiatives.Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions within the RPA support team.Stay current with industry trends and best practices in robotic process automation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Proven experience in RPA support or related IT support roles.Familiarity with RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.Strong understanding of automation best practices and methodologies.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Experience in creating technical documentation and user guides.Proficiency in scripting languages relevant to RPA (e.g., Python, JavaScript).Knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks is a plus.Understanding of data management and system integration concepts.Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.Experience in client-facing roles is advantageous.Certification in RPA tools is a plus.
